01The treating doctor signsWe tell you who your doctor is before treatment, and the doctor who actually treats you signs the record card.
02Numbers first, in writingShots, units, volumes and thread counts are recorded before treatment and checked on the counter with you after.
03Genuine, in front of youSingle-use tips and injectables are checked for seals and lot numbers before opening; for reusable transducers, we check the remaining count with you before and after.
04We tell you when it won’t helpWe don’t recommend treatments that won’t help — and we say so when surgery is the better answer.
05Reversible firstFor visitors from abroad, we start with options that can be corrected if needed.

Everything goes on paper, from diagnosis to treatment

We treat by record, not by feel. What went where, and how much, is written down so your next treatment starts from facts.

    AssessSkin thickness, depth of sagging and facial fat are checked in person. Ultherapy layers are confirmed on live imaging.

    PlanWhich layer, which device and how many shots are written on your record before we begin.
  3. 03
    Treat & recordYour doctor treats you, checks the device counter and product lot numbers with you, and hands you the record.

We also send the record as a photo, so you can show it to any doctor back home.
