Questions
Common questions
Is there an English-speaking skin clinic in Gangnam?
Yes. Taut Clinic, by Exits 3–4 of Gangnam Station, offers consultation in English, and a doctor performs your treatment.
Do you treat foreigners and tourists?
Yes. Our clinic is designed for visitors from abroad, with treatments planned around your flight. Prices are the same for every nationality — there is no foreigner rate.
Where exactly are you?
18F, K-Square Gangnam II, 374 Gangnam-daero, Seoul — next to Exits 3 and 4 of Gangnam Station.
Can I just have a consultation?
Yes. No same-day decision is required.
Who does the consultation?
A doctor consults you in person, and you’ll know who performs your treatment before it starts.
How do I book?
Message us on WhatsApp, LINE or WeChat. We answer questions now. Bookings open in December — send your Seoul dates and we’ll contact you in order when they open.
How do I know the shot count?
It’s written on your record before treatment and checked on the device counter with you after.
How do I know products are genuine?
Single-use tips and injectables: seals and lot numbers are checked with you before opening. Cartridges used across sessions, such as Ultherapy and Duotite: the shot counter is checked with you before and after.
Are PRP and PRF stem-cell treatments?
No. PRP and PRF are platelets and plasma from your own blood — PRF also contains fibrin. Nothing is harvested or cultured as stem cells, so we never call them that. See PRP and PRF.
Can I have treatment right before my flight?
It depends on the treatment. Our Before-Flight Lift is designed for same-day departure.
What if something happens after I fly home?
Send photos by messenger. We’ll check how it looks and give general aftercare advice. Need an exam or a prescription? See a local doctor — your record shows exactly what was done.
Do you offer discounts?
We don’t inflate list prices to discount them. For the first two months after opening, opening prices apply.
Can I get a tax refund?
Not at the moment. Korea’s VAT refund for tourists’ cosmetic treatments ended on 31 December 2025. Our prices exclude 10% VAT, which is added at payment, and no refund is given at departure. If the rule returns, we will update this page.
Is an interpreter available?
English and Chinese support is being prepared.
Ask the doctor directly.
If something isn’t right for you, we’ll say so. No same-day decision required.
